Work in Progress/April 2026

I continue with attending painting workshops, drawing groups and book clubs - reacquainting myself with various techniques, being inspired, and exploring concepts on what may lead to be my next body of work.

• The Alamo Square Cypress Tree, now complete is a 9x12 Oil on canvas board. It is a painting done for a painting workshop held at the West Portal Gallery in San Francisco..

• The “Umbrella’ painting is a 30”x30” painting, currently in progress. It is the first of what I hope to be a series of paintings where the focus is color, shape and an interesting (to me) compositional play.
